Parents Workshop

Al Salam understands the struggle that parents go through to provide an Islamic upbringing to their children in this turbulent times, hence bi iznillah it arranges workshops and ta leem sessions for mothers on a regular basis.

Students Counseling

Alsalam school has an in-house counselor who help prepare students for academic, career and social challenges by relating educational agendas to their success in the future. We also provide small group counseling to help students enhance personal and social skills, learn to empathize with others, and find social support through healthy peer relationships. School counselor provides education to parents too, and act as a resource for parents who have questions about child-related problem.

Teachers Training

  • Increasing teacher training that is aligned to the trainees’ competencies can produce more effective teachers. If a teacher can manage their class, they’re better able to direct learning, interact with pupils and identify those who need support. There are many techniques which can be taught to help facilitate this positive learning environment.
  •  
  • Professional development opportunities can be a motivational tool to continue improving as a teacher. Regular training and feedback keeps teachers current in pedagogical trends and reinforces what works. As long as this training is regular, up-to-date and relevant, both the teacher and pupils benefit. It’s often linked to career progression too.
